Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement, Meta's and GDPR requirements, customers of any Shopify store using the Tentacle AI app may request deletion of their personal data.

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to sandor@ubiton.ai with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your full name
• The name or domain of the Shopify store you interacted with
• (Optional) Your WhatsApp number (if applicable)

We will respond and process your request within 7 days. All personal data associated with your interactions will be permanently deleted unless we are required to retain it by law.

If you are a merchant and wish to delete your store's data, please uninstall the Tentacle AI app from your Shopify admin panel. Store data will be automatically deleted within 30 days of uninstallation.
